Ordering Information

The Process

1. Press the "Search" tab to query the database for an item you'd like to purchase.
2. Enter the quantity in the box provided, and press the adjoining "Add" button.
3. Continue searching and adding items to the shopping cart by pressing "Add".
4. At any time, you may review and change your selections by visiting the "Shopping Cart".
5. When you've finished shopping, press the "Check Out" tab.
6. Enter the information requested so that we may process your order.  This information is kept strictly confidential.
7. Review your order, make any necessary changes.
8. Press the "Process" button to submit your order.
9. A member of the WRCH staff will contact you to verify your order and obtain your preferred method of payment.

USA Only

Currently, we only accept orders placed from the United States.  But, check back with us; we hope to be expanding soon.

 

Personal Information

After you have selected items to purchase, you will be prompted for your name, address, and a shipping address (if different than your address).  This information will only be made available to necessary staff members of Wilson's R.C. Hobbies.

 

Credit Card Payments

Because we know how many of you are hesitant to provide sensitive credit card information over the web, your credit card information is processed through an encrypted, secure area.   We currently accept VISA and MasterCard only, not Discover or American Express.  When using a credit card, your purchases will be sent to you immediately. Remember, should we be unable to contact you, orders will be held for 10 business days only.
